Food styling is most commonly associated with stills photography for print media, point of sale promotions, outdoor advertising, packaging, websites and digital campaigns. But over the years, my services have expanded to encompass a whole range of work related to food.
Since 2009, I have supported the production of television commercials, cook books, marketing campaigns and brand positioning. I have also been engaged to create menus, develop recipes and advise on food service.
My clientele has included high profile national brands such as Retail Food Group, Parmalat, Dominos and Lenard’s as well as Queensland icons Jupiter’s Casino, the Queensland Ballet Company, Bank of Queensland and Ergon Energy. In 2011, I styled for acclaimed Brisbane restaurant Two Small Rooms and worked on commercials for Black Pearl Epicure, Oporto, Lite’n’Easy, Subway and Sizzler.
Sunshine Coast locals may have seen my work in the most recent Spirit House cookbook Essentially Thai released in 2010, as well as new websites for Fromart Handcrafted Swiss Cheese and Country Chef – Australia’s largest pavlova exporter.
