On-set fees cover only that portion of time on set/location. A full day of shooting will cover 8 to10 shots and half day shoots around 4 to 5 depending on the complexity of each shot. Again, depending on complexity, each shot as a general rule takes around 1 hour to complete.
Provision and preparation fees cover that time spent in sourcing props for the shoot as well as all time needed for preparation that would otherwise be too time consuming to do on set. For any shoot locations outside of the Brisbane metropolitan area, travel time, accommodation and costs will be included under preparation fees.
Should you require the use of larger equipment, such as cooking appliances, refrigeration or vehicles, all rental costs and contracts are the responsibility of the client, subject to pre-production discussion and approval.
